Your conversations, until you delete them.

Your bots and skills, until you delete them.
Memory, if your organisation has it enabled, until you clear it.

Temporary chats are the exception: they are never added to your history and are removed automatically.

Where it is kept

Kuumba runs on infrastructure your organisation has chosen, in a region your organisation has chosen. Your administrator can tell you exactly where — it is a deployment decision, not a fixed property of the product.

Who can reach it

You, for everything of yours.
People you share with, for exactly what you shared.
Your administrators, for the operational and billing information in Insights, and for anything they need in order to support or investigate an incident under your organisation’s own policies.
