Insights shows how Kuumba is being used across the organisation: activity over time, which models and capabilities are being used, and what it is costing.

What to look at

• Adoption. A team that signed in once and stopped did not get what it needed. That is a training problem, not a licensing one.
• Cost by model. Expensive models used for trivial questions are the usual cause of a surprising bill — often fixed by changing the default.
• Capability use. A feature nobody uses is either not needed or not known about, and those need opposite responses.

Insights is limited to administrators.
