Web search
Models know what they were trained on, which has an end date. Web search lets Kuumba look things up now.
Turning it on
Section titled “Turning it on”Use the tools control beside the message box (+) to switch web search on for
the conversation. Bots can have it on permanently — set it when you
build the bot.
Reading the result
Section titled “Reading the result”Answers that used the web cite their sources. Follow them. A citation is there so you can check the claim, and checking takes seconds.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- Anything recent: prices, news, a company’s current staff, this year’s rules.
- Anything you are going to state as fact to someone else.
Leave it off for drafting, rewriting, and questions about your own documents — it adds a delay and nothing else.
